Dear guests, please read our accommodation rules carefully before confirming your booking. We are delighted you chose our property, which we have prepared for you with care; we ask that you feel “at home” here and treat our cottage as if it were your own, ensuring it remains in good condition for future guests. We also ask that you observe the following guidelines:
1. If the guest does not arrive by 8:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival, the accommodation provider reserves the right to proceed in accordance with the cancellation policy, unless agreed otherwise.
2. Guests must vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. The service provider may extend the guest’s stay by mutual agreement, provided there is no confirmed reservation for the property at that time.
3. The property is reserved in advance upon payment of a deposit in accordance with the price list. By paying the deposit, the guest agrees to the cottage rules and acknowledges that they have been informed about the premises, the cottage rules, the complaints procedure, the price list for the booked property, cancellation fees, and GDPR policies. The deposit is non-refundable; however, you may send substitute guests or, by agreement, select a new date for your stay.
4. A security deposit of €2,000 must also be paid in advance to cover potential damages. The chalet rental deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out and the return of the chalet, provided that no damage to the property has occurred and the chalet rules have been observed.
5. A legal guardian acts on behalf of any minor children staying at the property. Children under the age of 10 must not be left unsupervised by an adult, either inside or outside the property. In the event of an injury or other unforeseen circumstances, the person with whom the child is registered for the stay bears responsibility for the child.
6. Accommodation is permitted only for persons who are not suffering from an infectious disease.
7. Receiving visitors or allowing them to stay overnight anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited without the owner’s consent.
8. The use of outdoor sports equipment (balls, tennis rackets, sleds, etc.) inside the property is prohibited, as is bringing sports equipment (skis, bicycles, etc.) into the rooms and walking inside the property wearing sports footwear.
9. We recommend that guests bring suitable indoor footwear.
10. Pets are not permitted. Any exceptions must be approved by the property owner. If pets are found on the premises without prior notification, the person who made the booking will be charged a fine of €300.
11. Guests agree that, for the duration of the rental, the owner has the right to enter the property and rooms to carry out duties related to property operations (necessary repairs and maintenance, emergency situations, etc.). The property’s interior and exterior are maintained and fully functional; in their own interest, guests should immediately notify the owner of any discovered deficiencies, faults, or defects.
12. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to move furnishings (beds, furniture, etc.), make alterations or repairs to the property, tamper with utility networks or installations (including adjusting or reconfiguring audio-video equipment), operate vehicles intended for guest transport, or enter the boiler room and restricted areas of the cottage.
13. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED throughout the entire cottage. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas (where an ashtray is provided). Please do not discard cigarette butts in the surrounding nature! Remember that you are in a forest, surrounded by trees and wood, creating a high risk of fire. Smoking inside the accommodation will result in a fine of €500 charged to the person who made the booking.
14. Lighting fires on the property is strictly prohibited, except in the designated area, which the landlord reserves the right to inspect.
15. The use of narcotic substances and drugs is STRICTLY PROHIBITED both inside and outside the cottage.
16. The use of candles and lamps is prohibited.
17. Guests are required to maintain order and quiet both within the premises and in the immediate vicinity, and must observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The person who rented the property is responsible for ensuring compliance with quiet hours.
18. In the event of a serious violation of the cottage rules, and depending on the circumstances, the landlord reserves the right to call the police or require guests to vacate the premises without a refund of the accommodation fee.
19. Before leaving the property, guests must turn off water taps, lights, and electrical appliances, close the windows, and lock the doors. A separate fee is charged for the loss of a key.
20. The landlord is not liable for guests’ valuables, jewelry, or money brought onto the premises, nor for damage to guests’ property. This also applies to automobiles.
